Rina probably would have made a better Gryffindor then Ravenclaw with the amount of trouble she got her self into during and after her Hogwarts years. From playing pranks on people, going into forbidden places to obtain information such as the libraries restricted section to experimenting with items to make wands which sometimes caused them to explode.

She has no problem with living in the woods without common comforts given that she spends weeks at a time in distant locations to obtain wand ingredients such as cores and wood. Though she had done things such as picking something up for Dumbledore when out on her trips. She actually did not really like the old headmaster due to her belief that he was sneaky in the way that he would keep important information from people.

She can be very stubborn over certain things and it just sticks for a very long time such as her love for Sirius Black that she never did anything about and still to this day is in love with him. While she is stubborn she's not stubborn enough to the point where she will continue in just one way as that would go against her nature and make it hard to create new ways and methods for anything.

Rina typically has the outward appearance of someone very calm and calculating but when she opens her mouth she, unfortunately, says many sarcastic things. When angered or upset her sarcasm becomes borderline pessimistic about things, such as the popular belief that everything is over just because you killed one bad guy. Given that she also is a realist that combines with what someone is capable of doing and will not push someone beyond their abilities, as she does not see the point in making them ill which usually happens. It's one of the reasons she rarely turned in any homework during her years at Hogwarts.

Cold is her worst enemy to the point that she learned a heating charm within her first year of schooling and always wears many layers of clothing during the winter time. She also won't go adventuring during the winter and stayed cooped up in her house till it was warm again, sending people she knew to obtain things such as food. Most of the time it was her free house elf that stayed with her in the families cottage.

HISTORY
Early Life
Rina was born in the United States to her mother Martha and father Taylor, they both were archeologists and would bring her along with them on many of their adventures. Unfortunately, their love for what they are doing was their downfall and was killed when part of the ruins crumbled, Rina had been sleeping in their tent outside of the ruins and only heard the loud thump of the ruins caving in. She was not alone as there were others at the site and they eventually got into contact with one of their well-known friends who adopted her and she ended up living in Britain. Rina's dog had also been in the ruins when it collapsed killing the poor animal.

Her family left her with all of their money in a muggle bank that the Williams helped her change to wizarding money and placed inside of Gringotts for her use. They did not leave her with a small amount either as she was able to pay for her own school supplies for each year and still have a crapload left.

The Williams had a boy who is five years older than her and at first, they really did not get along well as he did not like having a new sibling in the house taking the parents attention but he eventually gets over this and they start to get along. She was there when her brother left to attend Hogwarts for his first year and had given him a pet for a present.

Her adoptive mother had a family house elf that was in their family for a few years before Rina showed up, who had never seen one before or even knew about them accidentally released it from the families service. The elf ended up staying with the family regardless of the accident.

Hogwarts
Rina attended Hogwarts in the year 1974 while her brother was in his sixth year. She was placed in Ravenclaw after getting into an argument with the sorting hat about being placed in Gryffindor, which she did not want. She went through the years spending massive amounts of time in the school's library and forgetting to do that days worth of homework. Her best-known classes were potions, defense against the dark arts, and herbology.

In her second year, she once ran into Sirius Black when leaving the library and eventually fell hopelessly in love with him. She never told him in all the years they were in school at the same time. She discovered about Remus's condition of turning into a werewolf with her intelligence and noticed that he was always gone during full moons and did some looking as to why.

In her fifth year, she attempted the Animagus transformation and ultimately failed due to one wrong syllable during the chant, it left her with wings that she typically hides underneath her clothing. The wings actually work and move around it uses muscles in the back that typically is not used and took three extra years to figure out how to move them well. By this point in time, most of the students in the school called her WRITHOR as a shortened version of Worst Ravenclaw in the History of Ravenclaws.

In her sixth year, her adopted parents died due to a sickness that is known as Dragon Pox while she was in school, and took some time off to attend the funeral. The brother inherited the families house and hadn't really been using it as he was staying in a dormitory for college. She also participated in the summer jobs at Olivanders for the year. She did not attend Hogwarts for her final year and dropped out which was just unheard of for a Ravenclaw to do, though she broke a lot of those types of things during her school years.

After Hogwarts
She spent many years traveling the world obtaining ingredients and items to use to create wands and learning from wandmakers and eventually developed her own style. She returned back to Diagon Alley to visit Olivander and he complimented her on the wands for someone who was going off of their own notes and note producing wands from their predecessor's notes.

During her time traveling, she was asked by Dumbledore to obtain things and information for the Order of the Phoenix but never actually joined the group as she did not fully trust Dumbledore and only did it as it would help Sirius. She was fine with it even though he probably would never know about it. One of her travels resulted in her wand from Olivanders being broken and then she created her own new one.

At some point, her brother was killed by one of Voldemort's followers. She never found out which one had done it. She stayed out of all the situations that arose with Voldemort and Harry Potter, actively ignoring it in turn for continuing her travels and wand making. For one who makes wands for a living, she is capable of producing magic and powerful magic without one.

She recently took up the job at Hogwarts as the Potions Teacher(she forgot the classroom is in the dungeons and is cold) when the new headmistress McGonagall asked her to. Given that Rina in her school years aced the class with very little work.
